Abraham Lincoln
- American statesman, 16th President of the United States
Abraham born February 12, 1809 and growing up in a
family of a poor farmer. From an early age engaged in physical labor. Poverty
family did not allow Abraham to learn, at the school he attended only a year.
Pursuing self, Abraham passed the exam well, and began practicing law.
In 1858, lost the election to the post of US Senator,
and two years later was elected president of the United States.
April 15, 1868 was wounded and died.
